Axial nozzle check valve is a special check valve, its structure is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve core, spring, sealing ring and so on.    The valve body and bonnet are usually made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and other materials.    There are inlets and outlets inside the valve body.    The nozzle is connected to the valve core, and the valve core is provided with a sealing ring.

The spool is the key component of the axial nozzle check valve.    When the medium flows into the valve body from the inlet, the valve core will be pushed away by the medium, and the medium will be sprayed out through the nozzle.    When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve core will automatically close to prevent the medium from flowing backward.    The spring is an auxiliary part of the axial nozzle check valve, and its function is to ensure that the valve core can closely fit the sealing ring in the closed state to prevent medium leakage.    The sealing ring is one of the key components of the axial nozzle check valve, and its function is to ensure the sealing between the valve core and the valve seat and prevent medium leakage.    The sealing ring is usually made of rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
