The fixed conical valve drives the swing arm to rotate by manual worm gear, electric or hydraulic means, and then drives the sleeve gate to move linearly through the slider, thereby opening or closing the valve or throttling. Due to the adoption of the self-balancing sleeve gate disc, the hydraulic force does not act directly on the disc but on the fixed cone, resulting in a very small driving force and energy-saving effect. The sealing adopts metal-to-metal, with a floating Nitronic60 special stainless steel valve seat, resulting in very little leakage. This valve can be used as a free discharge valve at the bypass end of the turbine generator set, or as a valve installed in the pipeline for pressure reduction and flow regulation control.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
